Organized by the European Environmental Press (16 leading European magazines in the environment) in partnership with the ENEP (European Network of environmental Professionals) and Pollutec the EEP Awards, three innovations based on several criteria: degree of improvement and innovation, environmental problem, affecting European market availability, cost aspects, quality and reliability. The original is a bonus.

The award ceremony was held Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 11:45 am on the TV stage of Pollutec


EEP Awards by POLLUTEC_TV (French Version)


> Gold

ZenRobotics (Finland) for his robotic sorting system using artificial intelligence to separate waste materials more efficiently than manual sorting

> Silver

(Switzerland) for its non-woven membrane with a high capacity to absorb oil and water discharge and can be deployed tens of kilometers in less than a day in the case of an oil spill

> Bronze

 Waydip - Energia e Ambiente CA (Portugal), the electromagnetic system for authorizing the recovery and reclamation of energy of pedestrians and vehicles on the floor with a significantly higher yield and lower costs than existing piezoelectric systems.

Note: in 2012, these awards will be organized with Enterprise Europe Network (EEN).
